To be Happy

The key of happiness is on our mind!
Be rejoice if someone happy
Contentment,
Do not harm ourselves, do not harm the others
Patience (Shanti)
Forgiveness, when someone harm us, to bring peace of mind for ourselves and the world
Courage to think the benefit of the others
If we think something is good (positive) – even on difficult condition we could be happy. To be happy we should think the benefit in our mind, so we could transform that problem into happiness. If we give positive labeling, then we could be grateful.
Complete happiness come from a
good heart
peace of mind
contenment
self improvement
liberation of samsara.
